Elephant Diaries Series 1 is finally being aired in Australia on ABC Channel 2.  Episode One is due to be aired on Thursday 8pm on the 22nd November 2007 and the Series consists of 5 episodes.

This is a heart wrenching emotional roller coaster ride through the daily lives of baby orphaned elephants.  This series offers a unique insight into young elephant behavior.  Filmed at The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust it gives the most intimate portrait of life amongst an unusual family of elephants where humans and older orphans take on the role of mothers and aunts of a normal elephant family.
