  1. The rescue of Teleki - 9/11/2012

    On Saturday the 11th of September we received a call from the KWS Vet, Dr. Mathew Mutinda, with news about an abandoned elephant calf in the community lands abutting Mount Kenyas forests in the area of Judea. (read more)

  1. The rescue of Faraja - 8/25/2012

    The Nairobi Nursery received a report of an orphaned elephant calf at 2.30pm on the afternoon of Wednesday 21st August from Cynthia Moss in Amboseli. (read more)

    Nyika is estimated to be approximately 10 months old, a lone male calf whose rescue story almost duplicates that of Bomani and Panda. (read more)
