THE DE-SNARING PROJECT: NYATI TEAM TIVA
Area of Operation:
The Nyati Team operates in the Northern Area of Tsavo East National Park, and along with the Ndovu team help patrol this vast and important area. The Nyati team operates along the Tiva River, the Yatta Plateau and the Athi, Galana River. |
Team Description:
The team leader is James Simiti, and his team includes Leandas Lewagat, Paul Kyalo Musyoka, Bernard Kimani, Julius Kyalo Muthoka, and Bramuel Ireri. They are accompanied by KWS Rangers while on patrol at
all times. This team is funded by Vier Photen.
