The Aerial Unit flew 175 hours in September, covering 23,077 kilometres. As the dry season came to a head, it was another busy month. Notable activities included the rescue of three orphaned elephants, the extraction of 14 elephants from wells and dams, along with firefighting, veterinary, anti-poaching, and human-wildlife conflict support.
